From July 7-August 14, 2025 the Noah rink at the new Fargo Parks Sports Center is turning into a shooting and stickhandling training area for Angels players.
Coaches will be on hand and available during training hours to help players with shooting technique and stickhandling instruction.
*24 total hours of Shooting & Stick Skills w/ Coach Instruction

July 7-August 14, the Angels will offer athlete training through Sanford Sports at their brand new facility inside the FPSC. All sessions are planned to work in conjuction with the shooting and stickhandling skills sessions so parents can drop your player off and do both sessions back to back is desired.
*24 workouts designed by pro trainers for Strength, Speed, Agility, & Mobility improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sign my player up for "Shooting & Stick Skills" or "Sanford Sports Training" individually?
Yes, you can sign up for either one, or both. At registration it will prompt you to select your choices.
What if my player can't make all of the sessions? Can you prorate the cost of the program?
No, we cannot accommodate this request. We'd love to see you at all of the sessions, but we understand there may be conflicts. consistency is key to improvement.
If my designated time for my player's group doesn't work for my player's schedule, can he/she attend a different group?
With approval from the coaches, we may allow this. However, the designated times are designed for age specific training in mind. Please contact John Kosobud to learn more and get approval.
What If my player wants to continue to train after the 6 week period?
The Shooting & Stick Skills will end on August 14th. However, if you want to continue to train at Sanford Sports Performance, you will have that option.
